Educational Qualifications for OPSC MO Recruitment 2023
- M.B.B.S or Equivalent Degree from a Medical Institution recognized by the Medical Council of India.
- A valid Registration Certificate under the Odisha Medical Registration Act, 1961.
- Conversion Certificates recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI), incase of degrees from foreign universities.

- Candidate must be an Indian Citizen.
- Candidate must be able to read, write & speak in Odia.
- Candidate must have passed the Middle School Examination with Odia as a language subject.

- A relaxation of 05 years will be given to people from Socially & Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC), Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Women & Ex-Servicemen.
- A relaxation of 10 years will be given to people with disabilities (PWD) whose permanent disability is of 40% or more.
