Educational Qualifications
a) For Science Subject:
- Candidates must have received at least 50% of their total points in mathematics, physics, and English in the Intermediate/10+2/Equivalent test, as well as 50% of their points in English.
- Finished a three-year engineering diploma program successfully, receiving 50% of the possible points overall and 50% in English.
- Completed a two-year vocational program in maths and physics with 50% of the total points earned going toward English, or intermediate/matriculation if English is not part of the curriculum.
b) For non-Science Subjects:
- 10+2 Intermediate with at least 50% aggregate and 50% English marks.
- A two-year vocational program with a minimum of 50% aggregate and 50% English marks.
Age Limit
- Candidates must be within 17.5 – 21 years old.
Eligibility Criteria
- Only Indian Citizens can apply for the IAF Agniveer Vayu Vacancy 2024.
- Only single men and women can apply for the IAF Recruitment 2024.
Physical Requirements
All candidates are required to fulfill the following physical requirements to be eligible for the IAF Recruitment 2024:
- Height: A minimum of 152.5 cm is considered appropriate.
- Chest: There is a 5 cm minimum range of expansion.
- Weight: In line with age and height.

Selection Process
Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the following tests:
- Written Exam
- Central Airmen Selection Board
- Verification of Documents
- Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Adaptability Tests I and II
- Medical Evaluation

- All candidates have to pay an application fees of Rs. 550/- (plus GST).
